We will try our best to work with your schedule on delivery/pickup. Typical delivery time window is from 7am-2pm, and pickup from 7:30am-12pm.

We require a location that is accessible by truck, and that has a footprint of 17' long by 9'wide. Vertical clearance of 12'. Preferably a driveway and or close to level pach of area for parking the unit.

But we deliver maximum of 50 miles of our wearhouse located in Brunswick, Ohio.
Our sauna can fit 8-9 people in our units at a time.
